Copy PR to Release

Purpose

Copy the PR body to the Release body

Input Parameters

• PR_NUMBER - Pull Request number from which you want to extract the body from
• RELEASE_ID - Release ID which you want to update
• TOKEN - GITHUB TOKEN
• USERS_TO_AVOID - Optional list of users.

Users to Avoid

This is an optional list of users, which defaults to snyk and dependabot.

When a PR is chosen that was created by Dependabot or Snyk there is often a lot of text and attachments, so rather than choose the body, we just display the title.
